If your wallet has funds, you can then import them into a desktop wallet and make transactions. This tool makes it easier to restore a wallet that has funds. Just copy the private key of the address that has a balance and import it into a desktop wallet like Electrum.

How to Import Bitcoin Private Keys
Once you recover your private keys, the next step would be to import them to a crypto wallet where you can initiate transactions. Our Bitcoin wallet viewer cannot make any transactions. After you get your list of public keys, private keys, and balances, copy all private keys with balances and choose a wallet to import to. After importing, make sure to send all your crypto to a new wallet. Do not keep your funds on the same recovered private key. Create a new address from a reputable wallet like Exodus and send all your crypto there. Make sure to save your recovery phrase for the wallet.
